Engr. Julie Junio de Castro, CEO
Julie holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and has over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specializing in Technical Sales & Marketing, Quality Management, Procurement, Project Management, and Business Development.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she is a recognized leader within the Project Management Institute (PMI). She previously served as Director of Marketing for PMI UAE Chapter and currently holds the role of Director of Marketing for PMO Global Alliance (now part of PMI).
Julie is also an active member of Dubai Chamber of Commerce | Dubai Business Women Council, PMI, Society of Engineers, and the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers.

Glory Mercado is the Marketing Manager at DEECEE Project Management Consultancy, bringing extensive expertise in branding, digital marketing, and strategic communications. With a strong background in project management marketing, she plays a pivotal role in enhancing DEECEE’s visibility across global markets. Glory specializes in content creation, social media strategy, and event promotions, ensuring impactful engagement with clients and partners. She is instrumental in developing marketing campaigns for DEECEE’s training programs, consultancy services, and business events. Jomalyn R. Santural, Administration Manager & Project Coordinator
Jomalyn is the Administration Manager and Project Coordinator at DeeCee Project Management Consultancy, overseeing operations, project coordination, and social media management.
With a background in Business Administration and Marketing Management, she ensures seamless execution of projects while enhancing DeeCee’s digital presence. She's also great experience in Marketing and serves as well the same role in DeeCee. She used to work as an Industrial Marketing Specialist at Unihealth, managing marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and website initiatives.
Her expertise in administration, project coordination, and digital marketing makes her an integral part of the team, driving efficiency and engagement across multiple platforms and business functions.
Engr. Stephanie L. Bravo, (Engineering & Project Manager)
Stephanie Bravo is a Project Manager at DeeCee Project Management Consultancy, bringing over 18 years of expertise in the Oil & Gas industry.
A licensed Mechanical Engineer, certified Piping Designer, and Project Management expert, she has successfully led engineering projects, design operations, and strategic project execution. Her extensive background in project planning, risk management, and process optimization ensures seamless project delivery. Stephanie’s technical proficiency and leadership skills make her a valuable asset in driving complex projects to success.
