Engr. Julie Junio de Castro, CEO
Julie holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and brings over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specializing in Technical Sales & Marketing, Quality Management, Procurement, Project Management, and Business Development.
She is a certified Project Management Professional and a prominent leader within the Project Management Institute (PMI). Julie has served as the former Director of Marketing for PMI UAE Chapter and is currently the Director of Marketing for PMO Global Alliance (now part of PMI).
Additionally, she is an active member of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce | Dubai Business Women Council, PMI, Society of Engineers, and the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers.
In 2023, Julie was honored with the Excellence in Corporate Award as the Best Project Manager by BeingShe | Gulfnews, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, and received the Middle East Leadership Award from the World Leaders Congress.
This year, she's been appointed as the MENA Ambassador for Project Controls Expo happening in Dubai in February 2025. She's also been awarded as one of the Top Filipino Engineers in the MENA Region by Filipino Times and one of the Top Empowering Women Leader by Sentiente.
Engr. Stephanie L. Bravo, (Engineering & Project Manager)
A licensed mechanical engineer, piping designer, and project management expert. Has over 18 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Jomalyn R. Santural, Freelancer (Admin & Social Media Manager)
A Business Administration with expertise in Marketing Management, Jomalyn is currently handling DeeCee's Social Media management.
Currently, she's working full-time as Unihealth's Industrial Marketing specialist engage on all the marketing, social media and website campaign of the company.
