Rafael is a distinguished leader in electronics and communications
engineering, with over two decades of impactful experience in system
implementation, project supervision, and service management.
He holds multiple prestigious certifications, including Professional
Electronics Engineer, APEC Engineer, ASEAN Engineer, ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional (PMP), and AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (General and Installations).
Rafael’s excellence has been recognized through numerous honors —
among them, inclusion in The Filipino Times Watch List as a Top Filipino
Electronics Engineer in the Middle East (2023–2025), IEEE Senior
Member status, PMI UAE’s Volunteer of the Year (2023), and recognition
as one of the 10 Outstanding Electronics Engineers in the Philippines
(2024). He also received the PFPA Distinction Award for the ECE
Profession in 2024, cementing his status as a leading figure in
engineering.

Julie holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and has over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specializing in Technical Sales & Marketing, Quality Management, Procurement, Project Management, and Business Development.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she is a recognized leader within the Project Management Institute (PMI). She previously served as Director of Marketing for PMI UAE Chapter and currently holds the role of Director of Marketing for PMO Global Alliance (now part of PMI).
Julie is also an active member of Dubai Chamber of Commerce | Dubai Business Women Council, PMI, Society of Engineers, and the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers.

A licensed Mechanical Engineer, certified Piping Designer, and Project Management expert, she has successfully led engineering projects, design operations, and strategic project execution. Stephanie’s technical proficiency and leadership skills make her a valuable asset in driving complex projects to success.
